Nanopartz™ One-Step™ Antibody Conjugated Gold Nanoparticles utilizes Nanopartz™ proprietary technology that allows users to covalently bind Nanopartz™ gold nanoparticle to your antibodies in less than 10 minutes. All that is necessary is a simple centrifuge for purification. This product includes choices for the full line of monodisperse spherical and nanorod familes, as well as our plasmonic fluorophores and Ramanprobes. The result is a covalently attached antibody to the construct of choice. The NHS active group will quickly and efficiently bind to any primary amine. Unlike carboxyl chemistry that requires multiple steps and EDC chemicals, this product requires simple addition of the antibody to the gold nanoparticles.
